Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang berlangsung lebih dari dua tahun, berdampak pada semua sektor kehidupan tidak terkecuali sektor industri. Pedagang asongan secara mandiri dituntut untuk mampu membiayai kehidupan dirinya beserta keluarga walau di tengah permasalahan pandemi, beberapa pedagang memutuskan untuk meninggalkan dagangannya dan memilih metode lain untuk dapat bertahan dan beberapa pedagang tetap bangkit menghadapi pandemi. Usaha pedagang untuk bertahan menghadapi kompilasi permasalahan pandemi maka, para pedagang asongan harus memiliki resiliensi yang ditunjang dengan penyesuaian diri dan subjective well-being. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 79 pedagang asongan. Data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner online menggunakan skala resiliensi, penyesuaian diri dan subjective well-being. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS statistic 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan penyesuaian diri dan subjective well-being dengan resiliensi. Nilai hasil uji korelasi regresi linier berganda dengan nilai F 31,262 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p <0,05).
