Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh motivasi, flesibilitas dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pengemudi Grab di kota Nganjuk. Melalui optimalisasi ketiga variabel tersebut diharapkan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengemudi Grab di kota Nganjuk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 326 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan koefisien determinasi. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dalam bentuk t-tes dan F-tes. Penelitian ini berlangsung di kota Nganjuk dengan sampel penelitian dari pengemudi Grab motor. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi, fleksibilitas dan lingkungan kerja secara persial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi.
