Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Panggul Kabupaten Trenggalek. Data yang diggunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh.pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS statistic 26. hasil uji t (uji parsial) dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003< dari 0,0. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,033< dari 0,05. Dan juga variabel lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,035< dari 0,05. Hasil uji F (uji simultan menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simutan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000b< dari 0,05. Hasil dari koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,590 atau 59% dipengaruhi oleh variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja, sisanya sebesar 41% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.
