Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan strategi manajemen keuangan sekolah dalam mengoptimalisasikan system keuangan pada Smp Kristen Ende, penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu: Strategi manajemen keuangan sekolah dan Optimalisasi system keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk penelitian wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi manajemen keuangan dalam optimalisasi system keuangan di Smp Kristen Ende sudah terlaksanakan dengan baik yang berfokus pada empat prinsip yaiti Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Efisien dan Efektivitas.
