Abstract

Sari Agung Mojokerto Company is a food company located in the Mojokerto area. Along with the development of technology in the field of information, it is the reason for improving the performance of managing information within the company. The recruitment system that has not been computerized occurs in this company so that data accumulation or data loss of prospective employees often occurs. In this study, the method used in conducting the employee recruitment process at Sari Agung Mojokerto Company is the Rating Scale method and the Simple Additive Weighting method for prospective employees to apply for jobs and the HRD department in recruiting employees easily and efficiently.
