Abstract
Along with the development of an increasingly modern and sophisticated era, it has given birth to a system used for trading activities, namely E-commerce. Many marketplaces have sprung up so that the competition is getting tougher among marketplaces. This makes Lazada have to improve some of the features and promos provided, such as improving the COD payment system, providing more free shipping and increasing consumerr reviews to attract more consumers. Companies must also pay attention to what factors attract consumers to buy in the marketplace to the products offered. This study tries to explain how the influence of the COD payment system, free shipping and consumer reviews on purchase interest in clothing products at Lazada. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study are people who live in the Surabaya area, while the research sample uses a nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, the respondents taken are 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the COD payment system variable has no effect on the dependent variable that is purchase interest, while the free shipping variable and consumer reviews have a positive effect on the dependent variable that is purchase interest.
