Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of work environment, work motivation, and democratic leadership style on employee performance at PT. Bangdja Tunggal Multi Niaga Sidoarjo. This research was carried out with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 85 employees. From the results of the study, it is known that the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and democratic leadership style partially or jointly has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of the Work Environment variable (X1) show the value of sig. is 0.024. sig value. smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or a value of 0.024 <0.05, it can be concluded that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). The results of the t-test of the Work Motivation variable (X2) show the value of sig. is 0.000. sig value. smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or a value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded thatthe Work Motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). The result of the t variable of Democratic Leadership Style (X3) shows the value of sig. is 0.000. sig value. smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or the value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the Democratic Leadership Style variable (X3) has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). The value of f count > f table is 4200,002 > 2,15 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.This shows that simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and democratic leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bangdja Multi Niaga Sidoarjo. The conclusion of this study shows that the work environment, work motivation, and democratic leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.
