Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-monitoring and family social support with adjustment to face-to-face learning for high school students. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses correlational research. Thesubjects in this study amounted to 122 students and senior high school students of Mataram Tempursari, Tempursari District, Lumajang Regency. The method of data collection was done through the distribution of online questionnaires using a google formular using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis technique. The results obtained in this study indicatethat there is a relationship with a correlation of 0.330 with p = 0.000 (<0.05) and ftable 1.980 < fcount 37.448, meaning that there is a significant and positive relationship between self-monitoring and family social support with adjustment to face-to-face learning. high school students and vice versa. The effective contributionin this study was 0.386, meaning that self-monitoring and family social support hada 38.6% effect on self- adjustment.
