Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Cemara Alber Surabaya, jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 32 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan bantuan kuisioner dengan pengukuran nilai menggunakan skala likert, Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS 25 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, dan variabel Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
