Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that does not only include in-role, namely working according to the job description, but also extra-role, namely providing more things than what the company expects and also voluntary behavior, not a forced action against things. -Things that prioritize the interests of a company. Affective commitment is what companies need to realize competent human resources in the company so that they can be maintained and maintained properly. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a relationship between affective commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees of Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. The subjects in this study were all employees of Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees. The research design used is quantitative research, using correlation which aims to determine the extent of variation in one or more other variables based on their correlation coefficient. Data analysis in this study used the Product Moment parametric correlation technique with the help of SPSS version 24, and the results showed r xy = 0.285 with p = 0.058 (p < 0.05) so that the data was not significant, the hypothesis was not accepted. This shows that the hypothesis that states the relationship between affective commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in perumda bpr bank gresik employees is rejected.
