Abstract

Study this aim for knowing influence Among Intervention career based on social cognitive career theory on taking decision. Self efficacy is wrong one component important from social cognitive career theory so that self efficacy used as guidelines for see is there is influence to taking decision. Study this use method experiment and subject research used is 11 students class XII SMAN 1 Sidayu . Tool measuring use scale self efficacy and scale taking decision . Research data then analyzed use test Paired Sample Test and Test correlation Product Moments . Results calculation Paired data analysis Sample Test with SPSS version 16 help shows score of -14,735 (Sig=0.000) and the result calculation Paired Sample Test taking decision making show score of -20,321(Sig=0,000) that there is average difference between pre-test and posttest self efficacy and taking decision which meand there is influence training self efficacy in enchacement taking decision career student class XII. Then results calculation coefficient product moment correlation using SPSS 16 for windows have correlation of ( rxy ) = 0.838 which means level correlation between efficacy variables self and taking decision career correlated positive and score significance of 0.001 (p < 0.01). So that could concluded that training self efficacy take effect positive with taking decision career on student class XII. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Taking Decision, Student
