Abstract

Adidas Neo is the first brand in Surabaya, precisely at Pakuwon Mall. Adidas Neo sells products that can be used everyday, such as clothes, pants, shoes and bag accessories, hats and socks. The obstacle of this brand is the perception of people who think this brand is fake even though it is not, therefore this brand needs a strategy to market and introduce. The method used is personal selling by relying on an SPG and SPB who have knowledge products about sepattu adidas Neo. Personal Selling is done when an SPG and SPB are in a shop in Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, so this strategy is a direct introduction to get direct feedback as well.
