Abstract
Industrial relations is a system of relationships formed between the actors of production process consisting of representatives of employers, workers government funds. Thus the field of labor relations is part of the industrial relations. The most important issue of the employment relationship between employers and workers with respect to wages and welfare. Wages is the absolute right derived workers / laborers in making achievements in terms of work to be done. Special itself should be regulated and have no legal protection. Given the agreement is part of a labor agreement that has the properties as law for those who make it.
