Abstract

CV Cipta Mandiri Sukses 99 is an individual company engaged in the screen printing manufacturing service industry. In the production process, this company has various machines, such as digital printing machines used to produce benners, cutting machines, presses, screen printing machines, and printing machines of various types and types. One of the machines used to print brochures is an oliver-66 type machine with a single-color printing machine type. The machine has many obstacles due to the age of the machine that has been calculated for quite a long time, so it does not rule out the possibility of this machine often damage. Problems that are often faced by operators are machines that often stop during production, defects, faded colors, stagnant paper and dirty printing plates cause poor production results. That way, this time research was conducted to find out how the right machine maintenance to be done,find the level of engine reliability and also improve the effectiveness of machine performance using the TPM and OEE methods. In this study, it wasfound that proper machine maintenance is to do machine cleaning once a week, replacing components that are no longer working, simple repairs when the machine stops, and bringing in technicians to check. For the level of reliability of the machine with maintenance intervals in accordance with international standards of 60% it wasfound that checking and repairing of components was carried out every interval of 19 days on cylinder components, 26 days on new mol components, 10 days on printing plate components, 36 days on cable components, 24 days on papper sheet components, and 64 days on blanket components. With an engine availibility rate of 92.67%, a performance rate of 92.67%, a Rate of Quality Product of 96.25%, Overall Equipment Effectiveness of 82.71%, and breakdown losses of 34.85%.
