Abstract
One of the strategic choices to implement good governance in Indonesia is through the implementation of public services as well as public services at the Kebonagung Village Office. there are several considerations why public services in the Kebonagung Village office are strategic to start implementing good governance. Public service being the main driver is also considered important that all actors come from elements of Good Governance. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the smooth implementation of Good Governance at the Kebonagung Sidoarjo Village Office, as well as to define and analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the achievement of Good Governance at the Kebonagung Sidoarjo Village Office.In this study researchers used qualitative descriptive research aimed at describing, describing, explaining, explaining and answering in more detail the problems that will be researched by studying as much as possible an individual, a group or an event. The function of government carried out by the government apparatus is the public service. The function of this public service is very important and even plays a very big role related to the public interest, that the interests of the community are one of the priorities in good public service. Public services are currently part of the needs of every citizen of the community. Every public bureaucracy needs to strive to provide the best quality of service to the people who use the service. The use of government implemented by government officials is public services. The function of this public service is very important and even plays a very big role related to the public interest, that the interests of the community are one of the priorities in good public service.
