Abstract

One of the development sectors that is being promoted by the government is tourism. Tourism has considerable potential in contributing to the country's foreign exchange, so its development is a focus for the government. In Indonesia itself, there are many areas that have very interesting tourist attractions, one of which is Mojokerto Regency. Parimas Waterpark is a very interesting tourist attraction in Mojokerto Regency. Parimas Waterpark which presents the concept of water tourism which is equipped with various attributes of tourism products such as: culinary tourism, children's playground, camping ground, and family outbound areas. The development of tourism potential at Parimas Waterpark is also accompanied by optimal promotion efforts, one of which is through social media. Moreover, social media has enormous social power in influencing public opinion and is very easy to develop in society, such as Instagram. The rapid development of technology has also influenced the method of community communication. In new media, the term Electronic Word Of Mouth (eWOM) appears as one of the promotional efforts by the company. This is also used by the Parimas Waterpark tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth on Instagram social media and product attributes on the decision to visit Parimas waterpark Mojokerto. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. Data collection was carried out through observation, as well as distributing online questionnaires through Google Forms to respondents, namely tourists visiting Parimas Waterpark tourism objects. The results of this study indicate that Electronic Word Of Mouth on Instagram Social Media and Product Attributes partially and simultaneously influence the Visiting Decision.
