Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of servant leadership and quality of work life on achievement motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee performance of East Java Regional Revenue Agency in the pandemic era. The population in this study were employees of Badan Pendapatan Daerah East Java Province, which is spread throughout East Java. The sample used was 306 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research based on questionnaires that respondents answer. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with AMOS 26 tools. The results showed that (1) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees' achievement motivation, (2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (3) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, (4) Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employees achievement motivation, (5) Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employees organizational citizenship behavior (6) Quality of work life hasn't a significant effect on employees performance, (7) achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, (8) Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
