Abstract
This study identify the influences of compensation, workplace and organization culture to the Performance of PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk Branch of Surabaya. This research use SPSS test with multiple regression analysis technique to recognize the correlation among variables. Data collection research performed by distributing questionnaire to the service employees of Prodia Clinic Branch of Surabaya amounted 43 respondents. The finding result of this research found that there is significant influence between variables of compensation, workplace, and organization culture to employee’s performance either partially and simultaneously.
