Abstract
A construction project is a series of interrelated activities to achieve a certain goal, both building and construction in which there are time, cost and quality limitations. For this reason, a consistent and integrated project performance control method or technique is needed so that project performance does not fall below the planned performance. The concept of earned value is one method that can be used for the purpose of controlling project performance. In this study, the earned value method will be used to analyze how the time and cost performance in the ikfm, ips, Ipl building construction projects and employee vehicle parking at Sidoarjo Hospital are considered. If job performance is considered constant from the last performance obtained, the results of this study indicate that the time performance obtained, namely in the 15th week, the spi result was 0.923, although the spi was below 1 but the project schedule was completed on time according to the planned schedule, but on the other hand cost performance showed poor results, which was marked by a cpi result of 0.827. This means that the project can be completed in accordance with the planned time but with a higher cost of 9,899,287,561.59. This study shows that the earned value method can predict the final result and provide a comprehensive picture of the ongoing project performance status.
