Abstract
The development aims to improve infrastructure facilities and the economy but often occurs as an environmental impact of development. In the construction phase, intense activity in the construction area causes unkemptness, dust, air pollution, traffic disturbances, and others. So it requires large energy consumption and produces greenhouse gas emissions. Precast concrete is a solution because the precast concrete cycle from production at the factory to erection in the field is easy to monitor and evaluate to reduce energy consumption. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) office building area 4 with 10 floors is then planned to use the precast concrete method on the structural components of plates, beams, columns, and stairs where the planning refers to SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1727:2020, and SNI 1726:2019. Structural analysis was carried out using the ETABS 18.1.1 program. For the occurrence of production errors and erection of precast concrete, the Tekla Structures program is used in the modeling and detailing of precast components. In planning the dimensions of each precast concrete component are obtained. The connection of the main beam-column and sub-beam – the main beam uses a short console with the main reinforcement diameters 6D25 and 3D19, stirrups 5D16 and 2D13. The connection of the slab to the beam uses a splice without hooks with an extended length of 400mm in tension and 250mm in compression. Column connection using PEC 39 column shoe from PEIKKO GROUP.
