Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the use of balanced scorecard (BSC) method As Company Performance Measurement Tool In Koperasi Wanita Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur by using measurements of financial and non-financial aspects. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The method of testing the instrument of study is tests of validity, reliability tests and lytic scale as measuring the test of questionnath-based. The results of performance measurements using show that on financial perspective measured with current ratio have good criteria, the measurement of ROA and ROE is not good but the NPM ratio has quite good criteria, DAR measurement has quite good criteria, the measurement of TATO and Receivable Turn Over has not good criteria. In the perspective of customers having a general performance appraisal as expected, can be seen from the increasing number of customers, the level of retention of member is quite good and the level of customer satisfaction is quite satisfactory. Perspective of internal business processes shows that the level of innovation process and after-sales process has a pretty good rating. Learning and growth perspective shows the results of employee satisfaction shows good enough results so that the measurement of employee turnover is low. Motivation, empowerment and harmony are also given, but it is expected to provide motivation, empowerment and harmony to increase members and employees who can help in organizational activities.
