Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT. Satu Nusantara Abadi Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was obtained by using purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples with the criteria that have been determined by the researcher. Based on the purposive sampling method, 50 samples were obtained. The number of samples was taken from employees who work at PT. Satu Nusantara Abadi Sidoarjo./ The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 computer software to test the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The results showed that the transformational leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
