Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomena. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya. To analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Antakesuma Inti Raharja Suabaya. To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya. To analyze the effect of competence, motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya. The type of data used is quantitative, namely the presentation of data in the form of numbers, and is poured to explain clarity and figures. The data collection method used to collect data in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) and observation (observation) techniques. The population in this case used is all employees of PT. Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya, totaling 54 employees. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, ttest and F-test. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya employees. Simultaneously the variables of competence, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Antakesuma Inti Raharja Surabaya.
