Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze The Effects of Entrepreneurial Leadership, Recruitment and Innovation on Learning Organization, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Performance of Four Stars Hotels in East Java, Indonesia. The research design used an explanatory research approach, with the research sample being the leadership or management of a four-star hotel in East Java, with a total sample of 71 respondents from 25 Hotel in East Java. The analytical technique used to prove the research hypothesis is Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square. The results of the analysis conclude that there are seven accepted hypotheses, namely (1) Entrepreneurial Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Learning Organization, (2) Entrepreneurial Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (3) Recruitment has a positive and significant effect on Learning Organization, ( 4) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Learning Organization, (5) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (6) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, (7) Learning Organization have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. The rest, there are four rejected hypotheses, namely (1) Entrepreneurial Leadership has no significant effect on organizational performance, (2) recruitment has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (3) recruitment has no significant effect on organizational performance, and (4) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect to organizational performance.
