Abstract
This research is motivated by high unemployment in Indonesia, but accompanied by a lot of desire to change work or Turnover Intention. The impact of turnover intention is: 1) Costs for employee recruitment and training, training time, the accident rate of new employees is high, production decreases, production equipment that is not fully used, need to do overtime work. The role of organizational culture is very important in suppressing the occurrence of turnover intention, namely creating a conducive environment. The purpose of this study is to find out and obtain empirical data about the relationship between organizational culture and turnover intention. This research was conducted on 40 employees of PT. SKD Surabaya. The data collection method uses the Organizational Culture scale and the Turnover Intention scale compiled by researchers with the Linkert scale model. Based on the results of the product moment parametric technique test assisted by the SPSS version 22.0 program, the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.673 with a significant value (p) = 0.000 (p> 0.001), it is stated that there is a significant negative correlation between organizational culture variables and turnover variables intention on the employees. This shows that the higher the organizational culture, the lower the employee turnover, and vice versa.
