Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Servant Leadership,Career Development, competence on professionalism and performance of nursing in two public hospitals west Nusa Tenggara. This research is a type of exploratory research that measures the effects of research variables. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed to test data hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) in research is a process by validating the measurement model and adjusting it to the structural model. The first step is completed through confirmatory factor analysis, while the second step is completed through path analysis with latent variables using the AMOS 21 for Windows software application program. The results showed (1) Servant Leadership had no significant effect on Nursing professionalism (2) Nursing Career Development had a significant effect on Nursing professionalism (3) Nursing competence had a significant effect on Nursing professionalism. (4) Nursing professionalism has a significant effect on Nursing Performance (5) Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Nursing Performance (6) Nursing Career Development has no significant effect on Nursing Performance. (7) Nursing competence has a significant effect on nursing performance.Based on these results it can be concluded that in leading nurses should be able to serve their subordinates and patients in a professional manner with competent standards to be able to develop their careers by not discriminating between nurses with one another, as well as patients with one another and try to show performance that is good and satisfies all parties.
