Abstract
The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the effect of socially responsible human resource management (SHRRM) and green transformational leadership on green innovation and green performance of employees at Kusuma Hospital Pamekasan. The research uses a quantitative research approach to test the hypotheses that have been prepared. This type of research is an explanatory causal research that will explain the causal relationship between the dependent variables and the independent variables as well as the intervening variables in this study, namely the influence of Socially Responsible Resource Management (SHRRM), Green Transformational Leadership, Green Innovation and Green Performance. Employee at Kusuma Hospital Pamekasan Hospital. The population of this study were all paramedical employees at Kusuma Hospital Pamekasan, totaling 75 employees. The research data collection tool is a structured questionnaire using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) tool, then the Partial Least Square (PLS) program was used. The results showed that socially responsible human resource management had an effect on the green innovation variable, green transformational leadership had an effect on the green innovation variable, socially responsible human resource management had an effect on green employee performance, green transformational leadership had an effect on the green employee performance variable, and green innovation had an effect on green performance employee variable. Therefore, hospitals must be able to educate their resources so that they can understand and understand the importance of maintaining the work environment and the surrounding environment and hospitals must be able to encourage their human resources to have a desire to care more about the environment and have green creativity and then be realized in order to realize the environment green and environmentally friendly work.
