Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience and stress on traders in Surabaya. The natural hypothesis of this research is that there is a negative relationship between resilience and stress on traders in Surabaya. The method in this research is correlational quantitative method. In this study, the samples to be taken were all street vendors, especially traders who were in the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) Karah Surabaya, as many as 38 people. The data collection instrument in this study used a Likert scale. The results of this study are the higher the resilience, the lower the stress level experienced by traders, and vice versa the lower the resilience, the higher the stress level. This means that the stated research hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Resilience, Stress, Street Vendors
