Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the integrated marketing communication strategy of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional V Division in maintaining IndiHOME users in the Surabaya community. In this study using descriptive qualitative research type. In this study, data obtained directly through informants who provided related information in this study were Officer I Digital Service. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of this study it is known that integrated marketing communication strategies carried out by PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional V Division in maintaining IndiHOME users is quite effective in the community. Strategies carried out using integrated marketing communication activities include (a) advertising activities by placing advertisements in print media, social media, online media and electronic media, (b) direct marketing by conducting directcall 147, sms blash, sending emails to customers, ( c) sales promotion by giving vouchers, lottery prizes, holding thematic promos tailored to nationally valid calendar of events, (d) personal selling making sales through open tables and door to door, (e) public relations by doing the best in maintain the quality and quality of IndiHOME services to the public and (f) publicity by sponsoring activities and programs designed to create daily interactions or interactions related to the brand.
