Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of teenagers about the content of youth problems on YouTube podcasts, the teenagers in question are members of a community in Surabaya called Voc Allstar Cheerleaders. The rapid development of YouTube for YouTubers has made it a place to develop content, one of the content currently rife among teenagers, namely podcasts. There are so many themes on podcasts that share information whether it's Lifestyle, entrepreneurship, juvenile delinquency, family, tips for managing finances and so on. These content are teenage problems that need more attention because they are related to the future of the teenager. The purpose of this study was to analyze the point of view or perception of teenagers on the content of adolescent problems as a medium of content education that can provide references for teenagers. This research method includes quantitative descriptive research. The variables taken are attention, interpretation, and knowledge. Researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population of this research is members of the Voc Allstar Cheerleaders community, totaling 60 people. Keywords: perception, youtube, adolescent problems.
