Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomena. The purpose of this study was to find out and obtain a study on the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of the employees of the Indonesian Fisheries Corporation in the Brondong branch. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 62 respondents, while the sample collection technique used in this research is using slovin. Inthis study, the independent variables consist of compensation, motivation, and work environment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. While the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and 2. The results of the research on the independent variable Compensation (X1) obtained that Variable X1 has a tcount of 2,294 with a ttable of 2,001, so tcount > ttable it can be concluded that H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Motivation obtained by variable X2 has a tcount of 3,115 with a ttable of 2,001, so tcount > ttable it can be concluded that H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The work environment obtained by VariableX3 has a tcount of 3,215 with a ttable of 2,001, so tcount > ttable it can be concluded that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The results of the F testshow that the Fcount value is 34,832 with a probability value (sig) = 0.000. The value of Fcount (34.832) > Ftable (2.76), and the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment together on employee performance (Y). The results of the test of the determinant coefficient of R2, the r- square value in the model is 0.643 or 64.0%. It can beexplained that the variable Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) is 64.0% or in other words the contribution of the variable Compensation (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Performance Employees (Y) of 64.0%, while the remaining 36.0% is thecontribution of other variables that are not discussed in this study.
