Abstract
The company needs employees who make the driving force of the organization, the company. Employee work attitude that contributes best as poor performance in a company is work engagement. Work Engagement, the ability of an individual who has a commitment to attachment with an organization or its work internally or externally, that relates to a positive job. The psychological aspect of the individual affects the work engagement, it relates to resiliency. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between resiliency and work engagement. Methods used are quantitative approaches. The research subject of 100 staff employees were taken with random sampling. The measuring instruments used are resiliency scale and work engagement scale. The analysis method uses the correlation Nonparametric Spearman's rho. Based on data analysis results, it is obtained the correlation coefficient ( ) = 0.653 with sig. 0.000; (P < 0.01). So the proposed hypothesis is accepted, there can be a very significant positive relationship between resiliency and work engagement. An effective donation of resiliency with work engagement is 44.2% and there are 55.8% other factors that affect work engagement. Researchers advise for the company to always grow to listen to employee aspirations so that a good relationship between employees and their work is established.
