Abstract

Human resources are the most important thing in determining the company's goals. Therefore, human resources need serious attention so that they can be managed well. The problem is how to create human resources that can produce optimal performance so that company goals can be achieved. Many factors can affect employee performance, some of which are transformational leadership, organizational support, job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee competence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational support, and job satisfaction on work motivation in improving employee performance. Descriptive research verification using the approach quantitative surveys and data collection by questionnaire with Likert scale of 1 to 5. Sample research as much as 152 samples from 152 populations of employees in branch quarter of the Scout Movement in East Java obtained by census method . Data processing is performed using SEM AMOS 24 software. The results of this study are 1) transformational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation, 2) organizational support has a significant effect on work motivation, 3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on work motivation, 4) transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, 5) organizational support has an effect significant to employee performance, 6) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, 7) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
