Abstract
The success of a company is not only determined by the form of a complete organizational structure or structure, but is also influenced by the human resources in it. Good management of human resources is very necessary for companies in order to achieve company goals. Employee performance can be influenced, among others, by paying attention to compensation factors, organizational commitment, and the work environment. The population and sample of this study were all employees of the Mitra Perdana Cooperative East Java, totaling 54 employees. Sampling was done by saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression while the hypothesis testing used the F test and t test. The results showed that compensation has an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t-test which shows a significance value smaller than 0.05, which is 0.002, organizational commitment affects employee performance as evidenced by the t-test which shows a significance value smaller than 0.05, namely of 0.044, and the work environment has an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the t-test which shows a significance value less than 0.05, which is 0.001. The results also show that compensation, organizational commitment, and work environment have an effect on employee performance as evidenced by the F test which shows a significance value less than 0.05, which is 0.000.
