Abstract
In the current era, electrical energy is a primary need that is very difficult to separate from the community and business actors. Meanwhile, an electricity network still performs maintenance to be reliable. Many factors can affect the reliability of the medium voltage air network. For example, disturbances caused by medium voltage air network materials such as examples of insulators. How often and how long the system is experiencing blackouts is a measure of the reliability of the electric power system. In order for reliability and continuity in the distribution of electrical energy to be maintained, a method without blackouts is needed. Therefore, the Hotline Maintenace (PDKB) technique is a technical solution for maintenance or operation without an electric extinguisher. The purpose of writing this final assignment book is to find out how much energy was saved, Rupiah saved, Saidi and Saifi were saved from 20 KV SUTM Insulator Maintenance by PDKB at PT. PLN (Persero) East Java Distribution Main Unit UP3 South Surabaya in 2019-2020. In the calculation, the energy saved and the rupiah saved are as follows in 2019-2020, which is 300,847.124 or Rp. 371,698,956.04. As well as being able to reduce the Saidi and Saifi indexes to zero because they are carried out without going out.
