Abstract
PT. United Motors Center is a multinational automotive company with many branches in Surabaya. The current phenomenon at PT. United Motors Center is an employee competence that is not sufficient enough, employees are not satisfied in terms of compensation, employee discipline is still weak. The purpose of this study is to determine whether competence, compensation and work discipline have partial and simultaneous effect on employees at PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani Surabaya. Types of quantitative research. Types of quantitative data. The sample population is employees in the service division of PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani Surabaya, totaling 46 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis with the SPSS program. While the tests used are the Validity and Reliability Test for Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Hypothesis Testing, Correlation Test and Determinant. Overall, the indicators used in this study are valid (with a significance level of <0.05) and reliable (with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value> 0.60). The results of the classical assumption test also show that the research has met, among others: 1) Free from multicollinearity; 2) There is no heteroscedasticity. In the findings of the analysis using multiple linear regression which also answers the hypothesis and concludes that, the effect of competence (X1) on employee performance (Y) is the most significant among the other three variables, namely 0.528 with a significant level of 0.000. The result is higher than the variable Compensation (X2) 0.434 Work Discipline (X3) 0.265. The results of the analysis can be concluded that competence, compensation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at division service PT. United Motors Center Suzuki Ahmad Yani Surabaya.
