Abstract
UD. Marchaban is a small and medium business located at Jalan Candi Sayang 141-143, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province. This company manufactures kitchen utensils. Some of the products produced by this company are baking sheets and corkscrews. UD. Marchaban in calculating the cost of production only uses experience and does not take into account in detail which results in the company not knowing what the actual cost of production is. Companies that do not calculate the cost of production correctly can cause the profit to be achieved is not achieved. This can cause problems for UD companies. Marchaban for not achieving the desired profit. From these problems, a solution is carried out by calculating the cost of production using the job order costing method so that the calculation of the cost of production can be calculated in detail. The cost of production obtained for Dandang Bakso is Rp. 287,224, Dandang Soto for Rp. 255,485 and the cost of producing a baking sheet is Rp. 17.110. From the calculation of the cost of production, the selling price in accordance with the company's target is Rp. 344,668, Dandang Soto for Rp. 306,582 and a baking sheet of Rp. 22,243.
