Abstract
GONDRONG STUDIO SABLON is a small business that is engaged in screen printing for clothes, training, jackets, and buffs. In the production process, this screen printing has raw materials for several shirts such as cotton 30s and several types of paint, namely rubber and plastisol depending on the order that has been received.The production system at GONDRONG STUDIO SABLON uses a job order system where a company or line of business makes a product according to the order received. For the production process, the design depends on the person who ordered the clothes or even received the desired design. After that, the screen printing production process was carried out on the ordered order. In the GONDRONG STUDIO SABLON production process during the screen printing process and the sewing process, quality deviations were still found that were out of the specified specification limit, namely 5%. Thus, to maintain product quality, product defects will be minimized at each monthly capacity. In this study, quality control analysis will be carried out on screen printing t-shirt products in the screen printing process using statistical quality control methods to repair defective products and FMEA to identify the causes of product defects. defects, how to minimize defective products on t-shirt screen printing products using the SQC method, how to increase product quality with FMEA analysis. And the purpose of identifying the t-shirt screen printing production process with the SQC method, implementing it to minimize defective products in the t-shirt screen printing production process, conducting FMEA analysis to improve product quality. The results of this research are suggestions and also implementation to improve product quality.
