Abstract

Today's digital era has developed rapidly, with technological advances in information system technology. ISO 27001 standard is an international standard that has received recognition and adopted by the system. Enterprises, agencies and government agencies can have information security management systems that have been certified by regulatory organizations and thereby show customers evidence of their security measures. Ease of use is first of the key elements of an application. You can use usability testing to measure your app's quality assurance. For this reason, this study uses a system usability scale technique to evaluate the usability of an application and verify the feasibility of the currently available applications. The usability scale system has 10 statements as evaluation tools and three evaluation indicators: tolerance, evaluation scale, and adjective evaluation.
