Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia occurred in a systematic and widespread so that not only financial harm, the country's economy, but also has violated the social rights and economic society at large, as well as undermine the values ​​of crimes categorized as extraordinary (extraordinary crime). Therefore, it is extraordinary that, prevention of corruption must be carried out specifically, among others, the implementation of the system verification inverted, that is reversed evidence in the charge to accused. Based on these descriptions, the problems that need to be presented is as follows: How does the system of proof in corruption? The method used in this research is normative juridical approach, which means that a discussion by referring to the legislation in force, with the type of case study planning.
