Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia occurred in a systematic and widespread so that not only financial harm, the country's economy, but also has violated the social rights and economic society at large, as well as undermine the values ​​of crimes categorized as extraordinary (extraordinary crime). Therefore, it is extraordinary that, prevention of corruption must be carried out specifically, among others, the implementation of the system verification inverted, that is reversed evidence in the charge to accused. Based on these descriptions, the problems that need to be presented is as follows: How does the system of proof in corruption? The method used in this research is normative juridical approach, which means that a discussion by referring to the legislation in force, with the type of case study planning. Based on the study results can be explained UUPTPK No. 31 1999 jo. UUPTPK No. 20 2001 is a system of proof is limited and balanced, namely, that in terms of doing the indictment, the prosecutor still must have preliminary evidence enough. While the accused were charged with corruption has the right and obligation in terms of proving his innocence, namely by providing information about the origin of wealth.
