Abstract

F-FDTL Dili Timor-Leste Naval Building is a Building for the Marine Navy and for staff and apartment for navy soldiers, the number of floors on the F-FDTL Naval Building Construction Project is 5 floors. The type of foundation used in this naval building project is the Foundation of the Stake with Ø 50 cm and up to a depth of 21 meters. So the purpose of writing this thesis is to provide an overview of alternative planning of the foundation structure by using the foundation of a concrete stake, at a hard ground depth of 21 meters with the planning of a 5-storey building From this planning is expected to be done a planning of the foundation structure in accordance with the soil data obtained. The foundation of the stake is the foundation of the pole that is made first before being put into the ground until it reaches a certain depth. Precast concrete pole foundation must be planned in order to be able to withstand the force and bending moment on the pole that arises at the time of lifting, able to withstand the voltage arising at the time of erection, in addition to the load of the plan to be carried, Through the calculation of the structure with the help of Staad Pro obtained load for column type weight = 235000 kg, for medium column type = 118000 kg, for light column type = 12800 kg, and for additional type = 158000 kg. From the calculation of pole carrying capacity obtained Qtiang = 39125,359 kg. From the calculation of the decrease for a single pole obtained 1.3889 cm < Sijin= 10% • 30 = 3 cm (SAFE) while the decrease for the group of poles obtained, for column types T1 (12 poles) and T2 (9 poles) = 3,675 cm, for column types T3 (6 poles) = 3,106cm, and for column type T4 (2 poles) = 1.3889 cm. As for the repetition of pile cap for all types of columns using reinforcement D16 - 125 and for reinforcement press using reinforcement D10 - 250, while for the stake using staple reinforcement 14 Ø 12 and spiral reinforcement Ø 8 - 50.
