Abstract

The construction development of physical facilities in Gunung Mas is increase rapidly over the development of the province of Central Kalimantan. Manylarge and small projects are build to overcome thecomplexity increasedneed of society. It triggers the development of construction in Gunung Mas, Central Kalimantan province. In the physical construction of the infrastructure needs a serious management, given the many items work of the more complex and interdependence between one job to another job. Construction of physical facilities in Gunung Mas increasing rapidly over the development of the province of Central Kalimantan. Expansion of Office Building Regency Gunung Mas.Is continue to determine and plan the necessary timeliness and cost. Therefore, in planning the project needs to be an analysis of the cost and time for implementation of the project goes according to plan. The method used in analyse and evaluate this project is to use the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Method (EVM). Critical Path Method (CPM) or the critical path method is a network analysis that seeks to optimize the total project completion time by knowing the dependence of activities among other activities and critical path activities that must not be late. Earned Value Method (EVM) is a control method that is used to control the cost and time of execution of integrated projects. The results using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in terms of the duration of time planning the project obtained 119 days and obtained work items that are included in the critical path network diagram. Results control time and costs using Earned Value Method obtained duration of 139 days and a cost of Rp. 1.532.383.019,75. So, using Critical Path Method gained more detail dependency relationship work activity and its duration can be reduced as desired by the project manager job-related events, but for the cost can not be known in detail. While using the Earned Value Method is can beknown that detail of the development of the costs incurred and the estimated time of completion of the project work. It is suggested that using the Critical Path Method (CPM) can do help with the application of Microsoft Project in order to determine the logic of dependency work more structured and to methods of Earned Value Method (EVM) should be on actual cost data using cost data from a cash book treasurer project or proje
