Abstract
Tanjung Perak Harbor in Surabaya is considered one of first class harbors in Indonesia, which the traffic is very high, thus it has an increased risk of crime and terrorism. With regards to regulations for preventing accidents and terrorism at the port, patrols are needed to increase security around these facilities. To support the program, the Surabaya government through the Ministry of Sea Transport is building additional ports around Tanjung Perak Port Authority Office. We hope it can support the patrols around Tanjung Perak. In this research, we are using three methods : Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), and Precedence Diagram Method (PDM).From the acceleration of patrol vessel docking facility rehabilitation analysis, we can conclude that: 1. After the increase of work-hours in critical tasks, there has been a shortening of project duration, from 120 days to 92 days, or a loss of 28 days. 2) After the increase of work-hours in critical tasks, there has been a reduction of project costs from 3.158.700.000,00 IDR to 3.152.549.168,15 IDR or a profit of 6.150.831,85 IDR
