Abstract
The precast concrete industry in Indonesia faces significant challenges due to the imbalance between production and fluctuating market demand. This study aims to optimize production planning to minimize production and demand deviations at CV. Lantai Mas, a precast concrete manufacturer in Bojonegoro that produces 32 product variants. The research method integrates ABC and Avarage Demand IntervalCoefficient of Variation classifications for product priority mapping, demand forecasting using Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Weighted Moving Average, and Syntetos-Boylan Approximation, and production optimization using a Goal Programming approach. Furthermore, daily scheduling is performed using the Finite Capacity Scheduling method to ensure operational feasibility. The results showed that the Goal Programming model successfully reduced total production from 2,565,453 units to 1,767,905 units (a 31.1% decrease), reduced the required paving warehouse area from 2,200 m² to 1,109 m², and maintained a minimum profit of IDR 200,000,000 per month. Finite Capacity Scheduling resulted in 268 feasible production days over 12 months, considering machine capacity, effective working days, and resource constraints. Kata Kunci: Goal Programming, Finite Capacity Scheduling, Perencanaan Produksi, Deviasi Produksi-Permintaan, Beton Pracetak.
