Abstract
The growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia continues to increase, one of which is in the food and beverage sector. This increase encourages business actors to be able to maintain and develop their businesses so that business actors need to have the ability to innovate, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial skills. This study aims to analyze the influence of Innovation Ability, Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Skills on the Success of Culinary MSE Businesses on Jalan Kartini, Bojonegoro Regency. In this study, the method used is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, this technique all culinary business actors on Jalan Kartini, Bojonegoro Regency were used as a sample of 60 business actors. Data was obtained through the distribution of paper questionnaires to 60 respondents of culinary business actors. The questionnaire contains statements regarding the indicators of Innovation Ability, Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Skills and Business Success. The data obtained were then analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests using the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that Innovation Ability, Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Skills affect the success of the Culinary MSE Business on Jalan Kartini, Bojonegoro Regency both partially and simultaneously, with Innovation Ability being the most dominant influence on Business Success. These findings show that business actors who are able to innovate products, have confidence in their abilities, and have skills in running a business will be better able to maintain and develop their businesses.
