Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja dan jumlah industri tekstil terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2010- 2024 menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, menegaskan peranan sektor Industri tekstil dalam perekonomian daerah. Secara parsial, jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidakosignifikan, menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan tenaga kerja belum cukup mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi tanpa didukung produktivitas dan kualitas. Sebaliknya, jumlah industri tekstil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa pertumbuhan industri meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, inovasi, serta interaksi ekonomi dengan sektor terkait. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan industri tekstil yang selaras dengan peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja untuk memaksimalkan kontribusinya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Jawa Timur.
