Abstract
Minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa masih tergolong rendah, meskipun peluang usaha semakin terbuka dan kebutuhan akan kemampuan menciptakan lapangan kerja mandiri terus meningkat. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kewirausahaan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi masih memerlukan perhatian yang serius. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, baik yang berasal dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal. Faktor internal dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari mahasiswa melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, penguatan efikasi diri, serta dukungan lingkungan keluarga berperan penting dalam membentuk dan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Efikasi Diri, Lingkungan Keluarga, Minat Berwirausaha.
