Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Good Corporate Governance, Struktur Modal, Karakteristik Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Mediasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2024. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 14 perusahaan dengan metode purposive Sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance, Struktur Modal dan Karakteristik Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kinerja keuangan tidak mampu memediasi hubungan Good Corporate Governance, Struktur Modal dan Karakteristik Perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
