Abstract
Perilaku perundungan (bullying) pada remaja masih menjadi fenomena sosial yang signifikan, terutama pada rentang usia remaja pertengahan hingga akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Pola Asuh Otoriter dan Empati terhadap Perilaku Perundungan pada remaja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan menetapkan Pola Asuh Otoriter dan Empati sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Perilaku Perundungan sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 remaja. Hubungan Simultan (Uji F) Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pola Asuh Otoriter dan Empati secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Perilaku Perundungan (F = 3,461; p = 0,036). Meskipun demikian, kontribusi efektif kedua variabel terhadap Perilaku Perundungan, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai R², hanya sebesar 7,0%, yang berarti 93,0% varians Perilaku Perundungan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.
