Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh korupsi dan utang luar negeri terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia selama periode 2003–2022, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari World Bank (WB) dan Transparency International (TI). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel korupsi dan utang luar negeri berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Secara parsial, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan selama periode penelitian. Artinya, semakin rendah tingkat korupsi dan semakin baik pengelolaan utang luar negeri, maka tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia cenderung menurun. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penurunan tingkat korupsi dan pengelolaan utang luar negeri yang baik merupakan langkah penting dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia.
